Job Summary
The Service Coordinator will support LINX Security in tactical projects, break fix and troubleshooting response for customers. Service Coordinators will provide assistance and expertise to customers and employees. The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Service Lead to efficiently resolve customer issues in a timely and customer friendly manner. The Service Coordinator will maintain a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer service needs in alignment with contract requirements.
- Accurately document critical information and relay it to field personnel.
- Handle customer communications via phone and email professionally.
- Communicate clearly with the service team regarding calls, materials, and updates.
- Navigate and maintain records in the CRM system efficiently.
- Demonstrate initiative to improve processes and create efficiencies.
- Learn and support functions in Great Plains Accounting and material procurement.
- Understand billing procedures and service contract requirements.
- Track and manage badging requirements for field staff when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quality communication skills in person and by phone.
- Aptitude to adapt to other technology systems that are used in the Service Division.
- Experience in team coordination and resource scheduling.
- Motivated to help develop division process and efficiencies.
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment and maintain stability.
$20.00 - $24.00/hour
