This is an excellent role for entry-level psychology students or recent graduates, as well as those pursuing careers in mental health, social work, behavior or education.
- No experience in ABA? No problem! We offer 40hr RBT training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Requirements:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field)
Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation (no third-party services such as Uber, Taxi or a driver)
Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes
Commitment to working with children with developmental disabilities

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home settings
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document session data accurately
Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily routines
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families
Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Skills & Qualifications:
English is required
Spanish is preferred but not required
Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
Patience, empathy, and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
