About the Role:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll serve as a vital bridge between patients and providers, ensuring every step of their care journey is smooth, supportive, and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:
Educating and guiding patients throughout their treatment, setting expectations, and providing clear, compassionate communication
Coordinating appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-up care
Managing insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment processes
Preparing exam rooms, updating electronic medical records, and assisting providers during clinical visits
Delivering a concierge-level experience by building trust and demonstrating professionalism and empathy
Who You Are:
You’re a motivated team player who brings positive energy, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Our ideal candidate has:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
A strong understanding of patient care workflows and coordination
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Exceptional multitasking and communication skills
A warm, patient-first attitude with a focus on detail and service
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus

Compensation:
In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table for the NY/NJ/CT/PA region. Compensation will be determined based on experience and education.
