```Duties```
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Experience working in a Telehealth, psychiatric hospital, or outpatient clinic setting
- Familiarity with Telehealth protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide health coaching to patients
