Department: Family Medicine Residency Clinic – Orlando Health Florida Medical Clinic/Bayfront Medical Group
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

Position Summary

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide direct clinical services including psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, case consultation, and clinical supervision. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients and families with evidence-based, family-centered care throughout the lifespan.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
  • Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop care plans tailored to individual and family needs
  • Participate in the Family Support Plan Team and recommend early intervention services
  • Supervise doctoral students and contribute to clinical program development
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain current knowledge of psychological best practices and assist with treatment planning
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies
  • Serve as an educational resource for healthcare teams


Qualifications

Education & Training:
  • Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Completion of APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship
  • Fulfillment of residency requirements for Florida licensure
Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida
  • ABA Certification required for specific Pediatric Specialty Practices
Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years as a psychologist, including postdoctoral experience
