We’re building Tjenalus , a digital platform to help CNAs and agencies work more efficiently. Think of us as a career agent for CNAs — helping them get jobs faster and more professionally. To build the right tools, we’re looking for agency leaders who can guide us.

Role Overview:

This is not a full-time hire. We're seeking home care managers or agency owners to help us with user testing and product feedback as we build our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Test new features (credential sharing, referral links, hiring profiles) ($15 to $30 per hour)
• Participate in surveys and brief Zoom feedback sessions ($15 per survey)
• Help us understand your pain points and how we can build better tools for hiring CNAs
