Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland)
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs
Collaborate with caregivers and other providers to ensure cohesive, well-rounded care
Monitor treatment integrity and adjust programs as needed
Document progress, supervise data collection, and manage case updates
Support staff training and clinical development
Maintain compliance with ethical and funding requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong clinical judgment and ability to individualize programming
Experience in home, school, or community-based
ABA preferred
Reliable, responsive, and committed to client progress
A sense of humor, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for this work
