Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in behavioral therapy, particularly working with young children with developmental disabilities and autism in a classroom setting.

Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies within a classroom setting
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong communication skills to work with early education team and families
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
