We are looking to hire a Social Worker to join our Social Work team in our day care program to

help caring for our participants by helping them with healthy habits, educational therapies,

paperwork assistance, and more…

Our goal and objective is to keep our participants healthy, well, and active in their homes

and the community,

Candidate must have MS or BS in Social Work .. OR, MS in Counseling, Psychology, or Gerontology.
