Job Overview:
We’re looking for dedicated Clinical Social Workers interested in establishing or expanding their own private practices. This role supports mental health professionals in accepting insurance clients with ease, offering resources that remove administrative burdens and enhance client access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy services in a virtual environment
• Manage clinical documentation and maintain client confidentiality
• Set and manage your own schedule
• Ensure compliance with licensing board and payer requirements
• Use built-in tools for assessments, messaging, and note-taking

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or similar based on state)
• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
• Valid NPI number
• Active malpractice insurance
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in insurance-based settings
• Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy
