A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 20252026 school year, providing specialized behavior support services to K12 students across a district in Altamont, TN. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to evaluate student needs
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as appropriate
• Participate in various student evaluations in collaboration with school staff
• Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Licensure as required by state or district guidelines
• Previous experience working with K12 students in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Details:

• Location: Altamont, TN (district-wide assignment)
• Schedule: 21 hours per week, MondayWednesday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Duration: August 5, 2025 May 23, 2026 (school year contract)
• Caseload: Approximately 510 students
• In-person attendance required; hybrid or virtual options not accepted
• Necessary materials and laptop will be provided
