We're seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our team of talented professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally friendly and has strong customer service skills. The New Patient Coordinator is responsible for taking customers' incoming calls, directing them to their destinations, answering questions about products and services, assisting with x-rays and nervous system scans,scheduling appointments and welcoming visitors in the lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone.
• Assist customers in person
• Transfer telephone calls to appropriate parties.
• Take messages for other employees or departments.
• Help patients with their exercises.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Schedule appointments.

This position is full-time and works different hours each day. In a typical week, here are the hours:

Include your offices days and hours

Monday: 7:00 am-12pm, 2:00pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 11:30am-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-3pm

Thursday: 11:30am-7:30pm

Friday: 7:00am-1pm

Occasionally some evenings and weekends will be required for workshops and events.

Additionally, approximately 6-8 weekends per year will be required for outreach events (with performance bonuses) and typically 2 weekends per year will be reserved for training with world class chiropractors and assistants in Florida.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
