Summary

We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team at BrightStar Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in the client intake process, ensuring that new clients receive the highest level of service from the moment they reach out, to scheduling caregivers and CNA visits. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake process for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Schedule caregivers and CNA visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of client information and documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide an exceptional experience by answering phones from clients, families, and employees.
  • Assist with general office needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties is required.
  • Ability to accurately enter information into office system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
