- Coordinate with internal departments (Service, Detail, Body Shop, Car Wash) to monitor and ensure timely vehicle progress.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Rapid Recon, including smog checks, unwind verification, and other vehicle readiness steps.
- Upload and organize all necessary documents (e.g., smog certificates) into the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers post-service or delivery to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Encourage and guide satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and provide feedback.
- Support ongoing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve dealership ratings across review platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely updates on vehicle availability.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms in a courteous and brand-consistent manner.
- Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership software; experience with Rapid Recon is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a proactive, solution-focused approach
