Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Field Service Coordinator to manage daily dispatch, work order tracking, and field service scheduling for our heavy equipment fleet. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Fleet Manager to keep field repairs efficient, documented, and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules for field service technicians
• Communicate with jobsite staff on service needs and timing
• Track work orders and parts status using fleet software
• Order and stage parts/tools for field repairs
• Keep digital and paper service logs organized and up to date
• Monitor DOT requirements and ensure compliance for service trucks

Requirements:

• Experience in service dispatch or field coordination (construction or trucking preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and fleet tracking software
• Clear communicator by phone, text, and email
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or jobsite operations is a major plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
