Join our team as a Behavior Technician! No formal experience required – training provided! Full-time positions available.

School Hours: 8:15AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This role is perfect for those who love working with kids, seek a rewarding career, and want to make a difference!

Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as some travel may be needed. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move quickly without support is also necessary.

Experience in fields such as Paraeducator, Child Care, Teacher, Home Health Aide, CNA, Home Care Worker, Education Assistant, Nanny, Camp Counselor, Tutor, Psychology, etc., may find this job rewarding.

As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting. You will work with a school-based BCBA and other technicians, partnering with teachers and staff to support your client effectively.
