Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN

As a Resident Care Manager (RCM) your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the nursing care needs of assigned post-acute skilled and long-term care residents and their families. You will work side by side in coordination with facility IDT team, therapy team, onsite medical providers, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for the development and completion of person-centered care planning, nursing teaching coordination for safe discharge and the completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system. We offer comprehensive hands on training to ensure you are successful in your new role!

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
• You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
