We're a vibrant, supportive mental health practice looking for a compassionate clinician to join our crew. You’ll have your own private (but shared as we grow) office, autonomy over your caseload, and access to an experienced, behind-the-scenes team handling the boring and complicated stuff (billing, scheduling, and claims gremlins).

Our flagship office is in Bethlehem, PA. We have an opportunity to re-open our Denver office with the right teammate(s).

At Tracy E. Hill, Ph.D. & Associates LLC, you'll be able to work work independently with a sense of freedom and control over your work, collaborate when you need backup or a clinical sounding board, not deal with micromanaging managers, no drama team and just real people doing meaningful work, with the occasional bad emails and funny texts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher
• Licensed professional. COLORADO Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist
• If you're an Associate Licensed professional - and are able to work independently - meaning, you're not going to freak out if a client starts talking SI - then that's cool and we'd be happy to have you ;-)
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Provide counseling/therapeutic services to humans from whatever age you're comfortable with
• CO Child Abuse clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint based federal criminal history
• Verification that you are not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
• Maintain quality documentation
• Self starter who can work solo (lone wolf with pack support) or with a smaller group.

A seasoned professional or professional looking to grow and learn. Spanish speakers also preferred but not required.

Make your own hours and be your own boss. Make more money as a 1099 than as a W2. Average take home paychecks are significantly higher as a paid contractor.
