PRN Social Worker - Huntingdon/Camden area

Home care enables you to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s needs. Our Social Workers help navigate the challenges patients may experience due to their medical conditions.

This role is PRN and covers patients in the Camden and Huntingdon, TN area.

  • Bachelor of Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
  • One year of experience in a health care setting, which may include completion of a social work health care internship
  • One to three years of general clinical experience in hospitals or nursing homes (internship experience considered)
