About Job
Duties:
- Matches and manages Caregivers to Clients who have the proper skills and demeanor for each Client,
- Able to maintain a professional and engaged demeanor while multi-tasking, at times with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates teamwork within the Operations Team as well as with other office staff
- Able to become proficient with home care software application, Wellsky, and provide the required level of attention to detail with documentation of tasks
- Ensures timely encouragement, training, motivation, correction, and discipline of Caregivers and willingness to escalate issues as needed
- Perform Meet and Greet of Client and Caregiver at the start of service
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be computer literate - and be able to demonstrate it
- Team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
- Must maintain professionalism and patience with a fast- paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions
Preferred Skills
- Caregiver experience is a plus
- Professional experience in the field of customer service is also highly desired
- Strong desire to learn all aspects of the Home Care business
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
