Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support our clients.
Responsibilities
1. Provides consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education and assessment of behavioral needs of clients with and without disabilities.
2. Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs
3. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
4. Monitor and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as necessary.
5. Develops crisis intervention plan when needed.
6. Provide training and support to clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in therapy.
7. Provide resources and strategies to ensure the generalization of skills across different settings
8. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
9. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
10. Prepare reports and documentation for client records, insurance purposes, and professional reviews.
11. Ensure licensed personnel adhere to ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis.
12. Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
13. Stay current with developments in the field and integrate best practices into service delivery.
14. Understand State and Federal regulations relative to behavioral requirements and clients with disabilities.
15. Knowledge of universal hygiene precautions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
