LegalMatch is hiring aClient Intake Coordinator -a client-facing, results-oriented role focused onturning consumer interest into attorney engagements.This position supports the broader KAM team by ensuring that clients who come to LegalMatch not only understand how the platform works - but are actively guided toward speaking with and retaining our member attorneys.
Your primary responsibility is to drive client conversion through high-impactphone intake, client support, and issue resolution. This role blends inbound service withsales-minded intake coaching, helping clients take confident next steps that lead to more attorney-client matches - and ultimately, more revenue retention for LegalMatch.
This position is 100% in-office located in Reno, NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client callswith empathy, urgency, and a focus on conversion
- Conduct or assist with phone intake, guiding clients to clearly and fully submit their case in a way that positions them for legal follow-up
- Use persuasive, consultative communication techniquesto encourage clients to respond to attorneys, book consultations, and move forward
- Resolve basic client issues(e.g., account access, password resets, account deletion) quickly and professionally
- Respond to client emailswith clear solutions or escalate to the appropriate KAM if attorney contact is needed
- Handle inbound leadsfrom social campaigns and ensure those potential leads are guided into full intake
- Redirect attorney callsappropriately, while maintaining a polished, professional experience
- Support KAMs with any client-side coordinationto improve responsiveness and conversion rates
What Success Looks Like
- Clients complete intake forms more thoroughly and frequently - especially via phone
- Clientsrespond to attorneys more often and book more consultations
- Attorneys report higher client engagement and retention rates
- KAMs and Member Attorneys spend less time chasing incomplete intakes or disengaged clients
- Client experience is smooth, professional, and consistently moving toward resolution
Who You Are
- 1 - 3 years of experience insales, intake coordination, or high-touch customer service
- Naturally persuasive, confident, and conversational on the phone
- Able tospeak to both the emotional and practical needsof a person facing legal issues
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working proactively and independently
