Now Hiring: Client Care Manager – Home Care (Part-Time)

Territory: Los Altos to San Mateo | $28/hr | Company Car + Benefits

Right at Home, a nationally recognized non-medical companion care provider, is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Care Manager to join our growing team. In this rewarding, people-focused role, you’ll supervise caregivers, support elderly clients in their homes, and help ensure care is delivered with excellence, empathy, and consistency.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Optional: Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (if interested)

Compensation & Perks of Client Care Manager:

• $28/hour
• Company car (for use during work hours)
• Company-provided laptop and phone

Key Responsibilities of Client Care Manager:

• Oversee field caregivers and ensure high standards of service
• Ensure caregivers follow care plans, policies, and protocols
• Conduct in-home consultations to explain services and build trust
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to tailor care plans
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
• Conduct regular quality assurance visits
• Address and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain regular communication with both caregivers and clients
• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to your team

Work Environment:

• Field-based position—you're primarily on the road
• You’ll serve clients in areas from Los Altos to San Mateo
• A company car is provided for your travel

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 3 years (Preferred)
• Care Plans: 1 year (Preferred)
