Founded in 2005, ASun Star provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to adolescents, adults, and families in home, school, and community settings. We specialize in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, utilizing a strength-based approach to help them reach their fullest potential.

Position Overview

The BCBA/BCaBA Program Facilitators ensure ABA treatment is evidence-based and aligns with best practices. Responsibilities include program development, staff training, quality assurance, and direct clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment planning, implementation, and progress monitoring.
• Train and supervise staff, including Behavior Technicians and Tech 2s, ensuring competency in ABA interventions.
• Conduct orientations, CEU trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Provide clinical oversight, including crisis management and curriculum development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain service quality.
• Assist with authorization tracking, documentation, and data analysis for program effectiveness.
• Facilitate staff development toward RBT certification and professional growth.

Available Roles:

✅ ABA Coordinator: Oversight of utilization.Provides ABA staff training (CEU courses).

✅ Part Time Facility-Based/School Coordinator: Oversight of center based programming, implement ABA social skills groups, provide hands-on staff training, and support program marketing.

Qualifications:

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Strong background in ABA principles and behavior management.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
