BCBA Opening - 24/25 CSY - ESY

Start: ASAP

End: ~July (Will get official ESY dates)

Details:
- 7:30-3:30 (Monday-Friday)
- 40 hours/week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct comprehensive Functional BehaviorAssessments (FBAs) and interpret results.
- To develop individualized Behavior Support Plans(BSPs) and Crisis Intervention Plans (CIPs) within60 days of service authorization.
- To collaborate with individuals, families, SupportsCoordinators, and ISP teams in the developmentand review ofplans.

Requirements/ Non-negotiable:

Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior

Analysis, Education, Social Work, or related field.

Active BCBA certification in good standing.

At least one year of experience supportingindividuals with developmental disabilities andcomplex behavioral challenges.

Familiarity with ODP Bulletin 00-22-05 andrelevant Pennsylvania regulations (55 Pa. Code6100.348-349).
