Intake Coordinator Opportunity at Family Home Health - Monroeville

Family Home Health, a division of Quality Life Services, is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, located in Monroeville. We provide a welcoming work environment with a work/life balance; premium health benefits; earned time off; free parking; and 401k plan with company match.

As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll be part of a collaborative team. This position is vital to interacting with referral sources, scheduling operations, and clinical managers. Will work to ensure best intake and scheduling practices for our visiting staff and patient care.

The ideal candidate has prior home health experience processing referrals; working with portals; and possesses Home Care Home Base system skills. If currently using another system, HCHB training is available.
