Qualifications:
Must be registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
BCBA License needs to be active and not expired.

Skills & Abilities:

• Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff in implementing ABA strategies

• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals as needed

• Monitor, collect, and analyze behavioral data to inform progress and adjust programming

• Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and school personnel to ensure consistent and effective support

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and ethical guidelines related to behavior analysis
