An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school setting on a contract basis. This role is based in Carlisle, PA, and involves working with students across grade levels to implement behavior intervention plans and provide data-driven support to enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to implement behavior strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary through data collection and analysis
• Provide training and consultation to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Support students in improving social, emotional, and academic skills through behavioral interventions

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably K-12 schools
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and developing behavior plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
