Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to provide direct behavior support in moderate to severe behavior classrooms. These positions are full-time, offering 37.5 to 40 hours per week throughout the school year. Candidates will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to implement behavior plans and interventions that foster academic and social-emotional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support behavior classrooms serving students from PreK through 12th grade

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Provide data collection and reporting on student progress

• Collaborate with special education staff and school teams

• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of behavior experience in a school or clinical setting (required)

• Experience with moderate to severe behavioral needs

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred by the district

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills
