A K-12 educational institution in Chagrin Falls, OH, is seeking a qualified professional to serve as a School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers between 20-25 hours per week, focusing on supporting students in grades 4 through 8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students within the 4th to 8th grade caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Assist in identifying students academic, social, and emotional needs to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Ohio state licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
