Overview
PsychPlus is hiring two Licensed Psychologists to conduct in-person Pre-Employment psychological evaluations for public safety personnel under a State of Tennessee contract.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct 7–10 Pre-Employment evaluations per week (approximately 1 hour each)
• All evaluations are performed onsite in Nashville
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments such as MMPI-3, TOGRA, and COPS-R
• Complete clear, timely, and professional psychological reports
• Conduct fitness-for-duty evaluations and post-incident debriefings as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
• Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in the State of Tennessee by August 2025
• Strong skills in psychological assessment and report writing

Compensation Options

Full-Time (W2 or 1099):

• Up to $200,000+ per year
• Includes optional remote outpatient telehealth therapy outside of the 7–10 weekly evaluations (40-hour workweek total)
• Full benefits are available for W2 employees
• Malpractice insurance included for all

Part-Time (1099):

• $100 per evaluation
• No additional responsibilities or telehealth work required

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
