A 1.0 Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is sought to support K-12 students in a school setting from August 22, 2025, through June 12, 2026. This full-time, 190-day contract position is based in McMinnville, OR, and focuses on providing clinical social work services to children and adolescents within the K-12 educational system.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct counseling and therapeutic interventions to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborating with educators, families, and community resources to develop supportive plans and ensure holistic care
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students social and mental health needs
- Advocating for students well-being and supporting crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with privacy and ethical standards
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student support strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical environments, preferably within K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health, child development, and family systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
