We are a growing mobile private practice delivering high-quality therapy services to students and families within school settings and the local community. Rooted in accessibility and client-centered care, our mission is to bring mental health services where they are most needed.


We are hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our school/community based mobile clinic. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, meaningful client work, and minimal administrative burden. We handle referrals, billing, and support—you focus on clinical care.


Responsibilities


Provide therapy (individual, group) for children, teens, and families in school or community settings

Collaborate with school staff, counselors, and families to support client progress

Maintain timely and accurate session documentation

Travel to assigned schools/locations as needed

Requirements


Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Active Hawai‘i license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)

Reliable transportation

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible caseload

Experience or passion for working with youth from diverse backgrounds

Pay & Incentives


$60–$80 per session, depending on monthly caseload

Productivity bonuses for maintaining higher caseloads

Referral bonuses (bring in new clients, schools, or therapists)

Flexible caseload and work hours

Admin and billing support provided

Job Type: Contract


Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour


Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
