Guardian Booth is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated structures such as guard shacks, ticket kiosks, trailer booths, modular workspaces, wall systems and modular homes. We deliver nationwide, and export to Mexico and Canada.
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator at our corporate office in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. As an essential part of our operations team, this role will handle service calls and warranty claims, coordinate quotations and execution of service work, and partner with Quality for root cause analysis on warranty claims. This position will also work closely with our materials and logistics teams to ensure that materials arrive on time and in the right quantities to support uninterrupted service and meet customer demand.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage repair and service projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and resource efficiency.
- Document, prioritize, and schedule inbound service and repair requests, and manage field technicians nationwide for service needs, damages, or repairs.
- Coordinate and dispatch field crews to job sites; provide ongoing support and remain accessible to address issues or challenges.
- Track service and repair progress in real time, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project goals.
- Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and expectations; provide regular status updates and answer questions.
- Review, coordinate, and resolve customer repair, quality claims, and service requests in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to streamline service operations and improve processes.
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of a nationwide repair team and source local service providers or handymen as appropriate.
- Develop and upsell profitable national service plans and recurring maintenance packages.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for parts and services in coordination with the sales team.
- Provide regular progress reports on the status of open service and repair requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers and departments via phone and email; resolve inquiries and maintain correspondence records.
- Partner with Quality to support Root Cause Analysis investigation on warranty claims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have education or technical training in a related field, or the equivalent in work experience.
- The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coordinating service work, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in tracking service calls, documentation, and project progress.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
