- Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring dignity and comfort are prioritized.
- Coordinate treatments, services, and resources to improve patient quality of life.
- Provide counseling and referral services to help families cope with stress and hardships.
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
- Proven experience as a social worker, preferably in a hospice or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex emotional situations.
- Reliable transportation is required.
