Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A School Psychologist position is available for an elementary school setting in Elkton, MD. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week during the normal school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations for elementary-aged students to identify learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop intervention plans and support student success
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland School Psychologist License is required
• Experience working with elementary school students in school psychology capacity
• Strong assessment, communication, and consultation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
