A part-time Social Worker position is available to provide essential support services to elementary school students near Geneva, IL. This contract role, aligned with the school year schedule, focuses on delivering direct social work services through individual, group, and classroom settings tailored to student needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct social work services to students to support their social and emotional well-being.
  • Planning and delivering support services designed to meet individual student needs.
  • Developing and implementing IEP goals and corresponding services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery.
  • Conducting and interpreting social emotional evaluations, social histories, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Creating tailored behavioral supports such as Behavior Intervention Plans and Problem Solving Plans.
  • Collaborating with IEP team members to address behavioral management, student concerns, and program delivery strategies.

Qualified candidates will have experience in school social work, with strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and teamwork within educational environments.
