The Care Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between clients, caregivers, and office staff. This role involves managing client schedules, maintaining up-to-date care plans, supporting caregiver placement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Location: Fresno, CA (In-Office)What you'll do:- Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly caregiver schedules- Communicate with clients and families to understand care needs and preferences- Match appropriate caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, and availability- Monitor caregiver attendance and follow up on missed or late visits- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and shift documentation- Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers- Respond promptly to client or caregiver concerns and escalate issues as needed- Track and ensure caregiver compliance with certifications, trainings, and documentationWhat We’re Looking For:
- Clerical, or office experience required (Administrative, healthcare or caregiving industry experience is a plus!)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional communication style
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
- $22.00/hour starting pay
- Biweekly pay with direct deposit or paper check—your choice
