Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals in Maryland to join our team. This includes professionals with the following credentials: LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT, LCMFT, Drug Addiction Counselor, and CPRP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapy and patient assessment, with a focus on crisis management and working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities. This role is essential in providing high-quality mental health services and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the care they need to thrive.

Duties

• Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy to clients (based on your interest and training)
• Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver telehealth or in-person sessions based on client and clinician preference
• Collaborate with support staff for scheduling and billing assistance
• Participate in supervision (if required for licensure)

Experience

• Degree and/or certification in social work, counseling, drug addiction counseling, marriage & family therapy, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field
• Active Maryland license or license-eligible: LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT, LCMFT, Drug Addiction Counselor, or CPRP
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable internet and private space for telehealth (if applicable)
• New graduates welcome (we provide supervision if needed)

Compensation

• Up to $100 per hour
• Pay is per session, based on license type and experience
• W-9 contractor position
• Flexible scheduling—set your own hours
