Steiner Dental, a well-established and privately owned dental office located in the heart of Steiner Ranch, Austin, is looking for a motivated and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care with a team of skilled, compassionate clinicians. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient communications
Manage patient appointments
First point of contact for online scheduling

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office or dental front desk is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
Willingness to learn – on-site training provided!

Position Details:

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (4-day work week!)
Location: Steiner Ranch, Austin, TX
