We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care with a team of skilled, compassionate clinicians. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient communications
- Manage patient appointments
- First point of contact for online scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or dental front desk is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
- Willingness to learn – on-site training provided!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (4-day work week!)
- Location: Steiner Ranch, Austin, TX
