Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree (required)
- BCBA
- Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff
- Special education background or experience working in special education settings
- Experience in patient assessment, behavioral therapy, and data collection
- TB and criminal background check clearance
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation, in accordance with clinical standards and best practices
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care
