This Position Is For You If You:

Are a current or former DSP ready to grow into an office setting
Are organized, dependable, and comfortable learning new computer systems
Want to be trained in scheduling, staffing coordination, and client care support
Have a heart for helping individuals with disabilities thrive

What You’ll Do (With Training and Support):

Help create and maintain weekly schedules for caregivers based on client needs
Assist with calls, follow-ups, and problem-solving when caregivers call out
Keep scheduling records updated and accurate
Communicate with staff and families to support continuity of care
Learn about Medicaid waiver requirements and agency policies

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with the NOW/COMP waiver
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
