We are a thriving group psychology practice in Hartsdale, NY, seeking a Full-Time NYS Licensed Psychologist to join our team starting May 2025! If you are passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families, we’d love to connect with you.

Position Requirements:

• Available for at least three in-person days per week, including afternoon hours (3–7 PM)
• Open to a hybrid schedule, with an additional caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week
• Skilled in evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents
• Passionate about supporting parents and helping families thrive
• Comfortable with or knowledgeable in special education, and interested in collaborating with schools

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Specialized training in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges
• Background in or commitment to trauma-informed care
• Experience with ASD and twice-exceptional learners
• Skilled in parent counseling, coaching, and guidance
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers and school-based support teams
• A true passion for working with school-aged children and adolescents
• Deep understanding of individual differences, parent-child dynamics, and relationships
• Thoughtful and curious about the many factors that influence behavior
• Open to reflective supervision and ongoing professional growth

Position Details:

• Hybrid model – Office in Hartsdale, NY + Telehealth from home
• Fee-for-service arrangement, commensurate with experience
• Consistent commitment to 25 sessions per week, including a minimum of three afternoon in-person blocks for school-aged children (3-7 PM)
