About the Role:

TRAC Activities is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our team in delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Implement ABA-based strategies to support positive behavior change
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies at home
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with support teams to deliver holistic care
  • Advocate for clients' needs within educational and community settings
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in ABA and behavioral health


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in communication, data collection, and behavioral analysis
  • Familiarity with clinical or medical documentation practices
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
  • Must be able to travel to and work in Bronx, NY 10466


Compensation & Benefits:
