Established Hospice located in Glendale, CA is seeking to hire an in office Intake Coordinator. Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience in working in hospice.
In office Intake Coordinator duties include answering phones, filing, scanning, staffing nurses to patients, scheduling, communicating with facilities, vendors, patient families, and Physicians, checking eligibility and speaking with insurance companies, ordering supplies/equipment, setting up transportation, reviewing and updating HR records, payroll assistance, general office upkeep, and general assistance to office nurses.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a hospice intake coordinator
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $49,100.18 per year
