Job Description:

• No local candidates within 50 miles.
• 764A CARE COORDINATION- Social Worker
• Min of 2 years of experience within specialty - Hospital-based experience.

Required:

• BLS & LCSW are required in the state of GA.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or B.S. degree in a related field with a strong clinical background.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately at an approximate rate of 30 wpm.
