Job Description

• The Community Liaison will plan, develop, and oversee the overall business development and growth strategy for our Partial Program, complete regular market research, attend and participate in educational programs and networking/sales conferences.
• Develop sales strategies to drive new business and sustain existing business. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors. Create strategic business plans to cultivate and drive business and best practices for market success.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in sales and/or business development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years of healthcare experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix, in good faith, believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
