Job Summary:
The CPCE Coordinator works on the administration of Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) program–related activities. The Program Coordinator must manage and coordinate all processes and tasks of the CPCE program.

Job Summary:
The CPCE Coordinator works on the administration of Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) program–related activities. The Program Coordinator must manage and coordinate all processes and tasks of the CPCE program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates with examinees, university Program Coordinators, and other professionals via letter, telephone, or email.
- Refers cases requiring a possible appeal and decision to management.
- Works with internal departments, contracted vendors, examinees, and program partners to coordinate program activities.
- Contributes content regarding assigned programs to relevant publications.
- Maintains program database and generates reports.
- Manages the logistics of examination administrations, including facilitating quarterly Zoom meetings with participating university partners, creating and monitoring permissions for proctors, overseeing administration requests, exporting approved candidates to Pearson VUE for testing, providing technical support, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Position requires strong attention to detail and clear and concise written and verbal communications with professionals.
- Microsoft Office products
- Primarily onsite with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Communicate with others verbally, including ability to talk or hear, and understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds. Interact with coworkers on digital platforms.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers such as simple grasping, keyboarding, or fine manipulation.
- Ability to use hands, including hand–eye coordination.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting.
