SUMMARY

The Therapist at Infiniti Group's Intervention 911 at Ken Seeley Communities location is responsible for providing addiction and mental health treatment to patients in the Inpatient Detoxification, Resident Treatment (RTC), Partial Hospital Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient program (IOP). As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Therapist will perform direct services, including individual, family and group psychotherapy, assessments, consultations and crisis interventions within the scope of the respective individual’s license. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide initial assessments/evaluations, treatment planning, and aftercare/discharge planning.
• Individual, group, and family sessions.
• Complete utilization reviews as needed for continued care.
• Maintain confidentiality of records related to patient treatment.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and other clinical staff regarding patient needs.
• Appropriately documents clinical services provided within the required timeframe.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred: Unrestricted licensure in California, to include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• REQUIRED: Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
• Experience in behavioral health (i.e. substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and/or primary mental health)
• Proficient in ASAM and/or LOCUS preferred, but not required
• KIPU experience preferred
• Current CPR/FA certification and TB Test

SHIFT:

• Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
