Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Texas licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work.
• Willingness to travel. No

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• No evenings or weekends required
